Activate Sea Pro Connect in Two Easy Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Device

Once the boat is fully prepped and the Boat Fix device is connected to 12V power, the device is ready for activation.

Please note: The customer is not connected to Sea Pro Connect or the Boat Fix app until the device has been activated.

Step 2: Activate the Device

There are three activation options. Choose whichever is easiest for you.

Option 1:
Call Boat Fix at 844-366-3500 (available 24/7) to activate the device and register the account.
Please have the required boat information ready.

Option 2:
Email [email protected] with the required boat information listed below.

Option 3:
Have the customer call Boat Fix directly at 844-366-3500 (available 24/7) to activate the device and register the account.
Please ensure they have the required boat information ready.

Required Boat Information

  • Last 5 digits of the device IMEI number
  • Customer first and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • Boat make
  • Model year
  • Engine make and horsepower
  • Boat length
  • Boat name (if applicable)

Once activated, the account holder will receive an email from Boat Fix with:

  • Boat Fix app download link
  • App user guide
  • Username
  • Temporary password
